What is a trial lesson?

If you’re not sure whether semi-permanent makeup training is for you, then a trial lesson with Andrew Stassi  will help you determine whether you have the artistic flair, passion and aptitude to become a micro-pigmentation technician.

Smudge-free’s bespoke training programmes are specially tailored one-to-one training courses for maximum hands-on experience, plus 100% dedication from tutor to student. Andrew Stassi of Smudge-free has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience, and has trained with the highest accredited educators, pioneers and manufacturers in the field and has been awarded an array of qualifications by them. During the Smudge-free training course (excluding trial lesson), Andrew will help you compile a professional portfolio which will be required so your prospective clients can view your before and after images. Your portfolio will be the best marketing tool for your business.

About the trial lesson

You will be working on simulated skin using the latest products and digital equipment, and you will be guided through various techniques to create eyebrows with a 3D effect. Andrew’s opinion will be honest and constructive, and you will also be able to see for yourself whether you have the aptitude to make a good technician. During the trial lesson you may also opt to have a semi-permanent makeup procedure of your choice at a reduced rate. Morning lessons will be followed by a lunch on the day.

Fees

The cost of the lesson is £500. If you then decide to train with Smudge-free, the £500 fee will be deducted from the cost of your beginner’s course, provided this is booked within 30 days of having your Trial Lesson.
